They were super helpful about answering questions I had about the keycap set and compatibility with my keyboard (Corsair K95 RGB Platinum). Also, they promptly shipped out the order and it arrived very quickly!

As for quality of the caps, they are very smooth and I love the matte look. I definitely recommend not just this set but also TaroDepato as a seller! :)
